An afternoon designed to slow down, discover new perspectives and connect with women through meaningful shared experiences.

What the afternoon holds

  • Movement — Yoga

    Arrive fully in the present.

A thoughtfully guided yoga session led by a highly skilled instructor, creating space to reconnect with the body, move with intention and arrive fully in the present moment.

  • Workshop

    Personal Growth.

A guided workshop around life design — a space to reflect on your current season, your intentions and the way you want to move forward.

  • Connection

    Women Circle & bites.

A Women Circle followed by a selection of small bites, offering space to exchange reflections, share the experience and connect with the women in the room.

The right room changes everything.

ARETÉ is built around the belief that the experiences we choose — and the people we share them with — shape the way we live.

So we create rooms worth being in.

  • Thoughtfully chosen places.
  • Interesting women.
  • Experiences with substance.
  • Conversations that continue beyond the afternoon.

Because a room full of people isn't the same as a room full of meaning.
