The Founding Membership marks the first chapter of ARETÉ. Founding members join at preferential introductory rates as the Society establishes its culture, community and future programme.

Subsequent monthly payments: €180 per month until the membership is cancelled in accordance with the membership terms.
The joining fee is paid once upon joining and is separate from the recurring membership fee. It includes onboarding, the Founding Edition Welcome Piece and a selected skincare or wellness gift. All prices include applicable taxes. No payment is taken before approval.
Both plans include one curated gathering per membership month and confirmed member privileges. Additional gatherings, retreats and special experiences are charged separately. Membership renews automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
Intended future standard annual membership: €2,400. Not currently effective; no guaranteed start date or automatic move of founding subscriptions to this price.

What does the joining fee cover?
The €450 one-time joining fee covers onboarding, the ARETÉ Founding Edition Welcome Piece and a carefully selected skincare or wellness gift. The physical welcome piece is presented at a designated gathering or by a separately communicated arrangement. The principal value is onboarding and access to the Society’s privileges, not the gift’s retail value.
What is the difference between monthly and annual membership?
Monthly membership is €180 billed each month. Annual membership is €1,800 billed once per year, equivalent to €150 per month when paid annually. Both have a separate €450 joining fee. All prices include applicable taxes.
How does the application and payment process work?
Submit your application and preferred plan. ARETÉ reviews applications personally. Payment is available only after approval and sign-in by email link. Membership becomes active only after the payment is verified, not when an application or checkout is started.
What are the renewal and cancellation terms?
Membership renews automatically monthly or annually. Cancel renewal before the next billing date from your membership area; benefits remain available through the paid period. Joining fees and annual fees after commencement are non-refundable except where mandatory law or the membership terms provide otherwise.
What happens if I do not use my monthly gathering?
Unused monthly gathering access may be carried forward for up to 90 days, subject to the membership terms and availability. Cancel a reservation at least 72 hours before it starts to preserve that access; later cancellations and no-shows ordinarily count as used.
Can I be recommended by an existing member?
Yes. Introductions are valued and may receive priority consideration, but every membership remains subject to ARETÉ’s selection criteria.
Are retreats included?
No. Retreats, seasonal escapes and special experiences are priced separately unless explicitly stated otherwise. Members receive priority booking and preferential pricing for selected experiences.
Full membership terms
1. Joining Fee
The €450 Joining Fee is a one-time payment required upon admission to ARETÉ. It covers the membership onboarding process and the ARETÉ Founding Edition Welcome Piece. The Joining Fee is non-refundable, including in the event of subsequent membership cancellation, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
2. Monthly Membership Cancellation
Monthly Members may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing date to prevent the following month’s payment from being charged. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Members retain access to membership benefits until that date, subject to the applicable terms. No further recurring payments will be taken after cancellation, except for payments already due or otherwise legally payable.
3. Annual Membership Cancellation
Annual Members may request cancellation of their membership renewal at any time before the next annual billing date. Cancellation prevents the next annual renewal. The current annual membership remains active until the end of the paid membership period. Annual membership fees are non-refundable once the membership period has commenced, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly provided under the membership terms.
4. Private Gathering Cancellation
Members may cancel a Private Gathering reservation up to 72 hours before its scheduled start. Cancellations made at least 72 hours before release the reservation and preserve the applicable monthly gathering access, subject to availability and the 90-day flexibility policy. Later cancellations and no-shows ordinarily count as access used. Exceptions may be considered in exceptional circumstances at ARETÉ’s discretion, subject to applicable law.
5. Additional Gatherings & Special Experiences
Additional gatherings, retreats, escapes and separately purchased experiences may have their own booking, payment, cancellation and refund conditions. These are communicated before payment and may differ according to supplier commitments and cancellation deadlines.
6. Changes or Cancellations by ARETÉ
If ARETÉ cancels a confirmed gathering or experience, affected members will be informed promptly. Separately paid experiences receive an appropriate refund or alternative in accordance with their booking terms and consumer law. If an included monthly gathering is cancelled by ARETÉ, unused access will be preserved or otherwise reasonably accommodated.
7. Membership Renewal & Payments
Monthly memberships renew automatically each month and annual memberships each year unless cancelled before the renewal date. The selected plan, frequency, fees and cancellation procedure are shown before checkout. Members can manage or cancel renewal from their authenticated membership area. All stated membership prices include applicable taxes.
8. Applicable Law
These terms are subject to applicable Spanish and European consumer protection law. Mandatory legal rights providing additional cancellation or refund protections prevail.
